- Check-in/out: On the day of arrival, your apartments will be available from 12 p.m. . On the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the apartments within 10 a.m..
- The sauna is available in December, January, February, March, April; 2x week in September. Bathrobe and the use of the solarium are not included in the price.
- Booking confirmation: The reservation is confirmed and guaranteed, as soon as we receive the deposit.

- Cancellation policy: Applied penality charges (percentage applied to the total amount for your reservation): up to 30 days prior to arrival 0%, from 29 to 15 days prior to arrival 30%, from 14 to 3 days prior to arrival 70%, from 2 days prior to arrival, no show, late arrive or previous departure 100%
