- Prices are in Euro per day per person, includ breakfast buffet for a mininum stay of 3 days
- Extra charge: We remind you that as from 1.1.2015 a 'temporary visitor' tax of Euro 2,00.- per person and day will be levied.
- Check-in/out: On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 12 p.m. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the room within 10 a.m.
- Discount for children who are staying in the same room as their parents: children younger than 2 years can stay for free, children between 2 and 6 years have a 50% discount, children between 6 and 12 years have a 30% discount. 3rd bed in double room -20%
- The sauna is available in December, January, February, March, April; 2x week in September. Bathrobe and the use of the solarium are not included in the price.
- Booking confirmation: The reservation is confirmed and guaranteed, as soon as we receive the deposit.

- Cancellation policy: Applied penality charges (percentage applied to the total amount for your reservation): up to 30 days prior to arrival 0%, from 29 to 15 days prior to arrival 30%, from 14 to 3 days prior to arrival 70%, from 2 days prior to arrival, no show, late arrive or previous departure 100%

Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.
