The booking conditions of the Garni Hotel La Bercia
- Bedrooms:
- Prices are in Euro per day per person, includ breakfast buffet for a mininum stay of 3 days
- Discount for children who are staying in the same room as their parents: children younger than 2 years can stay for free, children between 2 and 6 years have a 50% discount, children between 6 and 12 years have a 30% discount. 3rd bed in double room -20%
- Apartments:
- Prices (in Euro) are per week.
- No discount for children in the apartments
- Cleaning or laundrycosts are included.
- Daily cleaning and breakfast costs are extra.
- Extra charge: Ttemporary visitor tax of Euro 2,00.- (Euro 2,80.- from 1 January 2024) per person and day will be levied. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy.
- Check-in/out: On the day of arrival, your room/apartment will be available from 12 p.m. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the room/apartment within 10 a.m.
- The sauna is available in December, January, February, March, April; 2x week in September. Bathrobe and the use of the solarium are not included in the price.
- Booking confirmation: The reservation is confirmed and guaranteed, as soon as we receive the deposit.
- Accepted payment methods: Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), cash (until Euro 4.999,99.-) and forward bank money transfer; our bank: Cassa Raiffeisen Selva di Val Gardena IBAN IT96PO823858890000300017876 SWIFT-BIC RZSBIT21055.
- Cancellation policy: Applied penality charges (percentage applied to the total amount for your reservation): up to 30 days prior to arrival 0%, from 29 to 15 days prior to arrival 30%, from 14 to 3 days prior to arrival 70%, from 2 days prior to arrival, no show, late arrive or previous departure 100%
- Travel insurance
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.
